These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FUSIX software and services, including our website (fusix.app), web app, and mobile apps (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and your employer’s policies.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@fusix.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of project data, files, messages, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant FUSIX a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service, including Fusix AI features you enable.
You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated scraping or abuse of APIs.
- Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
AI features
Fusix AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for job-site, safety, financial, or legal decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUSIX and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
