Privacy Policy
FUSIX (“we,” “us”) provides project management software for construction professionals. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website (fusix.app), web app, and mobile apps.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, and credentials you provide when you register or sign in (including Apple or Google, when you choose those options).
- Project data: project details, schedules, lists, chat messages, files, photos, and emails forwarded to your project inbox.
- Device data: push notification tokens (to alert you about project activity), and standard app diagnostics.
- Marketing requests: information you submit on our early-access form.
How we use information
We use your data to operate the service: authenticate you, store and sync project content, run Fusix AI features on your project context, send notifications you enable, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Fusix uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) to answer questions and assist with project tasks. Content you send in chat or attach to projects may be processed by those providers under our agreements. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (including Neon PostgreSQL and AWS S3 in the United States). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and industry-standard access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Retention
We retain account and project data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time directly in the app — no need to contact us. In the mobile app, go to More → Profile → Delete Account; on the web, go to Account → Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, removing your projects, messages, and files (and, if you own a shared team account, your teammates' accounts and data as well). We may retain limited data where required for legal obligations.
Your choices
- Update profile information in the app.
- Disable push notifications in iOS Settings.
- Delete your account permanently from Account → Profile → Delete Account, in the mobile or web app.
- Request access, correction, or other privacy requests by emailing privacy@fusix.app.
Children
FUSIX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
